I couldn't believe that I was in customer service centre. I didn't feel like a ping-pong ball. For the very first time in Australia, I felt like I was in a proper customer care. They were very professional, and respectful of a customer's (my) time.

The quality of the service and the attentiveness of the staff in the Melbourne store is superb. I have had the camera bump of my phone replaced twice, and each time the walk in service was quick and very affordable ($20).While I think there can be some design improvements in the material and coating of the camera bump cover, I want to give a heartfelt thanks to the staff here. Their helpful attitude and clear communication took the stress out of the repair process.It is clear Oppo is trying to take on the big player in the phone market. I feel the level of service here demonstrates the kind of commitment that will win over customers.

You are getting what you are paying for, this is not the worst phone but is definitely nothing compared to bigger brands.They added too much so the phone is slow and requires too many updates. Plus, every time an update happens, some settings change without your permission.Do yourself a favor, spend a bit more and get a propper phone.I regret everyday to have bought this phone.

Blown away by the level of service from Oppo. I smashed the back of my phone by dropping it at the shops. After contacting Oppo, they emailed me a postage label to send the phone to them. Sent it off on Monday, had the phone back in my hands and fully repaired by Friday morning (I live about an hour out of Melbourne). Price was very reasonable. Looks like they just charged me for the price of the spare parts. Amazing!

Booked in my Oppo Find X3 Lite for charging issues via the websiteWas a very easy processHad to change booking for later time and again very easyThis was done via a phone call to local office in MelbourneOn arrival was greeted by David who took a quick look and immediately saw the problem was build up of dust in the charging jackWhen I asked him how long and when can I pick it up his response was was unexpected and greatHe asked me to wait 5 mins and it would be doneWas in and out in 10 minsThank you David and well doneMy next phone will be Oppo again
