If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolute rubbish service - avoid using if possible. I was awaiting a parcel collection from this company for a return. I was told I’d receive a notification with a collection window, which I never received, so the courier attempted collection when I wasn’t home. After missing the initial collection, I followed the instructions on my return label and contacted Couriers Please to reschedule. I was provided a direct contact number for the courier - Parcel Point - and told that Parcel Point had marked 3 x attempted collections (within less than a 24 hr period), which was completely untrue. I had been home since the initial missed delivery and my doorbell did not ring (I also get notifications to my phone when someone rings my doorbell and have cameras so I double checked). The number provided send you to an automated recording and there’s no option to speak with a human, so further attempts to contact were met with live chat agents that may as well have been brick walls! I reported the untrue “collection attempts” via live chat where the agent gave a pre-typed response and said they’d forward my query to the relevant team. Their advise was to wait to hear from them regarding a new collection date & time window. The following day I received a generic email that didn’t address my concerns r.e the incorrect collection attempts and instead there was an additional “failed collection attempt” added to the list. This 4th collection supposedly occurred 15 minutes after speaking with the live chat agent the previous day! To make matters worse, this time the reason for the “failed collection” was “goods not ready”. Not only did they blatantly lie about attempting to collect my parcel but they even went the extra step to insinuate that the reason they couldn’t collect was an error on my part. Four phone calls, one unanswered email, two pointless live chats and numerous empty call back promises later later and still no resolution. Gave up in the end and arranged an alternative return via AusPost. Cannot express how poor my experience was with Parcel Point. Will never use them again and will be sure to tell anyone I can not to use them either!

Delivery guy didn't even attempt to deliver my parcel, he took a photo of it in front of a random unknown bush with no other context and claimed it had been delivered even though it hadn't been and I'd written, leave at reception"

Just the worst, had issues with the return from Amazon, tried calling for 3 days straight (during office hours) and got an answer message each time stating that it was outside their office hours. Tried emailing and live chat - no responses. Absolutely pathetic. Ended up getting Amazon to allow me to return the item via Australia Post instead.

Not sure why I’m constantly having to chase up someone to come and pick up my parcel after I’ve paid for the service. It’s been a week and nobody has picked up my return.Got an email twice saying “sorry, we’ll organise it for the next day” and nothing. I had to go and do the return in person or else I’d miss the return policy time frame.Useless company with zero communication skills. Don’t bother.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst company ever. The delivery driver didn't even attempt to deliver my package. I got a sorry we missed you" at 11am. My business is open from 6am to 7pm. They are so far refusing to redeliver and I've got to go pick it up. NEVER use these people."
