Danielle looks after me and leaves my hair in the healthiest shape every time I book in. Easy going personality, experienced with hair and lovely to chat to. Never product pushy and always prompt with appointments.

Don’t waste your time!I went into the salon to make an appointment and I was asked to send a text with pictures of my hair and the products I used. I did so.3 days later I hear back with a text. I replied.4 days after that I finally hear back again. I replied.The following day I hear back and finally get a date locked in for a months time.I let them know I have a 9 week old baby and I need a Saturday so I can get my husband to look after him. Unfortunately Jess was booked out for the rest of the year on Saturdays which is fine as I understand she is extremely talented!I book in with Jess on a Thursday and arrange my Mum to look after my baby.They then tell me I have to have a blow wave or I can’t have the appointment.I let them know I need to spend as little time as possible there to get back to my breastfed baby and request just a dry off.They decline and say I have to have the blow wave or no appointment.Complete snobbery!!!

Jess runs a very professional salon, & is always accommodating to the very best of her ability, to fit" you in for that unexpected appointment that occasionally happens. Her staff are also very professional yet friendly

Jess is my hair angel. I have been seeing her for around 7 years, and my hair is always beautiful and healthy (which is important as I am not a natural blond). I drive nearly 2 hours each way to see her/always need to take a day off work/pay tolls etc - twice in the last 7 years I have tried to simplify my life and go to another hairdresser around my area, and both times I have regretted it as it is just never at the same level as Jess (or Darcy is also wonderful).Thank you for always taking care of my hair - I am a client for life and have definitely learnt that there is absolutely no one out there that can do hair like you x

I get my hair done by Zoe. She is extremely talented and I always leave the salon with my hair looking better than I could of even hoped for. My hair has also never felt healthier since finding Zoe. The salon is clean, stylish and all staff are lovely and professional. I feel so happy and grateful to of found such an amazing place to get my hair done! Thank you

Jess is the BEST hair dresser, she is very accommodating even with her extremely busy salon, I can not recommend HBJL enough as every time I leave the salon I feel so amazing and have always absolutely LOVED my hair
