Leadership At Work

Wow what an experience i had attending this course. Not only did I improve my leadership skills I met some lovely managers and owners in the same position as me who i have remained friends with.I loved the cookbook recipe Belinda shares which engages staff and finds a solution to the problem. The conflict resolution session was also fabulous.The sessions are engaging and i still remember the Jessica bailey situation case study which taught me a lot about my leadership direction.Belinda was easy to listen to, understanding , knowledgeable and engaging thus i would highly recommend this to any owner/manager struggling with staff issues as we all have them in one form or another and this was brought to light in the course. Your not alone. Attend a session what have you got to loose & it may well be the best thing you do for your business .

I have always thought leadership is a key ingredient to an organisation or a business’s success, but not until I completed the Leadership at Work course that I really learned how important it was. Learning about to effectively lead and manage teams, understanding the difference between a leader and a manager was truly insightful, the Jessica Bailey exercise was fascinating and really made you think about how to handle such a situation, Understanding and Managing Workplace Behaviours was my favourite! – this is a real eye opener to how you learn about the natural working behaviour of your team and importantly, how to communicate and manage your team to get the best out of them! Conflict Resolution was also another great topic as it is an area that really does require understanding and expertise to execute the right outcomes. And finally how to run Effective Team Meetings – no time wastage and productivity galore!I want to say a massive thank you to the Leadership at Work team, in particular Belinda Fyffe. She is a wealth of knowledge and a very an entertaining trainer which makes the learning so easy. I highly recommend this course.
