What an amazing jewellery store! Stunning/ breathtaking jewellery. Right from the start Darren was extremely helpful and explained everything to us. Very polite and such a great guy and very knowledgeable. The staff are very friendly and all too happy to help you. The store is spotless! Have been too many other Jeweller's Melbourne and surrounding.. Trust me.. you will not get better than this store! Thank you so much we are extremely happy with all of our purchases .

Micheli Jewellery and in particular, Nicola, was extremely helpful in finding my wedding band. After months of uncertainty and disappointment, I walked into Micheli Moonee Ponds and was greeted by Nicola, who went above and beyond in helping to create my band.Not only am I absolutely over the moon with the finished product, but I am confident that I’ll be back because the service was second to none.I can’t recommend Nicola enough.

My experience with Micheli was extremely satisfying. I had my engagement, wedding and eternity rings modernised and remodelled and the results were spectacular.I found the staff to be extremely courteous and Elvie, in particular, to be charming and extremely creative.

I came to Micheli Jewelry on recommendation of a close work colleague but left feeling apart of the Micheli family!Right from the moment I walked into the store I felt welcomed and was treated amazingly. Their was nothing at all that was to much work and everything was explained clearly so I understood it and was never pressured into a decision.Darren, Nicola and team I felt went above and beyond in bringing my ideas to life. I had no idea what I was in for, I imagined I would choose something from a display case but their team were fantastic and to come up with a 1 off custom engagement ring with my short timeframe before my planned proposal and living over 3hrs away, they made the whole experience an absolute breeze.I was stunned to collect the finish piece it was everything I imagined.It was a super easy decision to return and have our 2x wedding bands made by the Micheli team also.Thankyou!

I was recommended by a friend to get my ring claws tightened here. It wasn’t a great experience and I would not return.I was told it would take 2 weeks, it took 5. When I called up to ask the status of my ring, they said they would check and call me back. I never received a phone call. I called back again a few days later to again check. They said they didn’t have the right number on file but my ring was ready so I went in to collect it.They again reiterated that they had the wrong number on file, to their credit, my handwriting was hard to understand but perhaps they should have checked prior to me leaving. When they handed the ring back to me, it was filthy, I had to ask them to polish/clean it so I could inspect it. I thought this would be standard, I was pretty horrified. I noticed the ring looked different but I couldn’t put my finger on it. But once I left the store I was able to look at the ring closely and I noticed the stone was set uneven, pretty disappointing considering it cost me more double of what my original jeweler would have done it for but they are a bit far so I decided to go local.Once I had my ring the manager (I presume) was just staring at me oddly, I told her I was waiting to pay. She then was quite rude to her staff insinuating they hurry up. It was all a bit weird, I felt sorry for the staff member as the manager was not very professional blaming her staff for not writing down my number to begin with and not very helpful in making payment. Poor customer service and the repair isn’t great. I wouldn’t go back.

Micheli Jewellery helped my new fiancé design the most perfect ring. I am so thankful for all their hard work and could not be happier with the end product! My fiancé really enjoyed working with the team who he found extremely helpful and dedicated. We are both so grateful!

I had my mother’s engagement, wedding and eternity rings remodelled into a dress ring for myself. It had been more than 10 years after she passed away. I was reluctant to let them go but on my first meeting with Nicola at Micheli Jewellery, I felt at ease and ready to have the rings recreated into something that I could wear and cherish forever. The whole system was so reassuring and respectful. I felt supported and well informed during the transformation process. The end result was better than I could ever have imagined. There are no words to describe how happy I am with my new ring. Thank you Nicola and to all the staff I encountered whenever I called or visited the store in Moonee Ponds.
