This company, from management to warehouse staff, live on a dillussional planet that their batteries are immune to problems regardless of any offered warranty. My AGM battery lasted 4 months before the sides ballooned. All staff I encountered believed it was my charger to blame. Strangely, it continues to happily keep another battery of the same brand charged nicely for over 5 years. It's a nice get out if jail card to pull this stunt. I spent nearly 9 years installing solar panels, regulators, chargers & batteries in RVs for a large SA dealer. If a customer came back with a similar problem we would exchange the battery if under warranty. Therefore, if it was the related charger/regulator every single time (according to their theory) then why didn't we see return complaints of ballooned batteries? Their sales rep/warranty police officer stated it's the charger 99% of the time. OK, acknowledged but what about that 1%? Do you just pull this stunt & hope the customer goes away? Obviously. A further 30 years in the manufacturing industry proved to me anything man made is not beyond failure. It doesn't help their argument that when I visited the site to pick up the begrudgingly honoured warranty I witnessed a staffer applying a heat gun to the side of a battery to remove battery brand labels on out of the box units. Hmmm, artificial extreme heat applied to a battery........

Very happy tested battery with no hassle sale said battery was fine turned out to be starter playing up. Great service

DO NOT BUY! Absolute garbage, stay away. Deep cycle battery didn't even last a year. Won't charge on smart charger an says faulty battery. Rep wasn't helpful an was first told battery was 2 years old, then when proved it was 1 year old I was told it was overcharged.

Stay away from this joint , their warranty is not worth a cracker , their battery’s are cheap and nasty . Staff are thick as mud . Century from now on for me .

Didn’t last the.40Months as expected still under warranty from repco. Still has 6 months left. Won’t be. Buying this battery or any from repco. Amps down ....but because of Age so they say it won’t be replaced. Bought. another from battery’s direct. where repco as it seems fobs customers of due to warranty re. these battery’s. They sold them but have now dropped any franchise with super battery’s. ..... Pathetic
