Brilliant customer service, quick response time and no hesitation to answering any questions. Amazing delivery time. I was on the phone to Jacky and I had uncertainty of what to pick, she did not rush me at all, was very helpful and calming. Thank you for all your help in such a short time !

I had the most absolute pleasure of speaking with a lovely lady named Jacqui. She has provided me with the most beautiful service and whenever I needed assistance or had any last minute changes, she was so happy to make the appropriate changes and I felt like a valued customer. Her service is absolutely amazing and I recommend everyone who wants to have a special event, to go forward with Jacqui. She knows what’s best and she truly made such a magical birthday, especially during this lockdown. The service Balloon it provided was great. I was late in ordering because of COVID but the ladies at Balloon it were so nice and able to cater to me at such short notice. The balloon arrangement was gorgeous and everyone loved it. I am also not great with colour coordination and all I needed to do was ask for their opinion and they sorted it out. Thank you so much Balloon it, not only will I be using your service again I will let all my friends and family know about you!!

Amazing service! I live in Belgium and my oldest brother moved to Australia and he made a huge promotion. I wanted to surprise him and they helped me so good!Because of different time zones I sometimes responded late to a message but they always replied ASAP!They added a bottle in the box and did everything I asked for! And the result is so beautiful!I’m so happy they helped me surprise my brother from the other side of the world!♥️♥️♥️
