11 months of no contact from anyone at the dealership.The Receptionist doesn't answer the phone.Many times she didn't & it went to voice mail.No-one responded to my messages.The sales consultant doesn't put her mobile number even on her Business cards.I wouldn't buy a car from Grand Toyota if it was thousands of dollars off.Customers matter, keep them updated. 30 seconds to send a text.You don't ignore a client for 11 months. & Receptionists are paid to answer the phone.I cancelled my order.

I had my car serviced for the first time at Grand Toyota Wangara today. It was an 8am booking and I was advised when I booked it would be finished by around 2pm. When I had no message by 4, I rang and was told it was being worked on and I would be contacted.I was not contacted and did not receive an SMS to say the car was ready.I collected the car at about 6pm after a difficult conversation with the receptionist.She was terse, short with me, unhelpful and unprofessional. It was not my fault I hadn't received an SMS.I was upset by the time it took to service the car, and lack of communication but mostly by the rude and unfair treatment. I will not be getting my car serviced there in future.

I had my Prado in with Sarah Finlayson-Davies today for it's service, and the level of customer service I received from Sarah, from the time the vehicle was booked in, to the time it was picked up after the service was complete, was second to none. Sarah displayed Excellent Customer Service Skills and Knowledge and was brilliant in her communication and dealings with me. I have several vehicles being maintained at the Wangara dealership and needless to say that I'm a satisfied client.

Recently purchased our 4th vehicle from Grand Toyota and would have to say that the staff were excellent. The whole process was effortless without any feeling of pressure. Sales manager Lorenzo was helpful and nothing was a bother. Finance manager Rikki Truong was like no other that we have ever experienced. Her knowledge and enthusiasm was a breath of fresh air. Rikki absolutely went above and beyond to sort everything out for us making the whole process such a pleasure to experience. Do yourself a favour and let this lady help you too out. We are about to take delivery of our new car next week, 18 and a half months after the initial order. We can appreciate the wait was due to the global demand.After we initiated contact with Grand Toyota a few times we reiterated that we needed notice before our new vehicle arrived so we could proceed with selling our current vehicle. When we dropped in a few weeks ago to ask if there was any update we were told the vehicle was on a ship already, arriving at Grand Toyota on June 16th and isn't that great news?" To which I replied "its good that its coming however now I am under pressure to sell my car". Their response was that it shouldn't be a problem to sell (without knowing my circumstances and the effort it took given I work away). Again we had to make contact with Grand Toyota as we had heard nothing on or after June 16th and found out that it was going to take them 9 days to fit a bull bar

Just to say thank you ! Particularly DYLAN at the service department, friendly, professional a pleasure to deal with. My Fortuner had timing chain problems, and he helped me from start to finish to get it done under Toyota Warranty. No fuss, no issues, no barriers, just a smooth process. Highly reccomend these guys.

First time I bought a vehicle interstate (WA to NSW) so I was a little nervous, but the service at Grand Toyota has been amazing. Josh G. was very helpful in getting everything sorted, while Rachael got my aftermarket accessories installed in a very timely manner. Paul was very patient in getting my finances sorted, as I requested multiple quotes to compare different financial scenarios. Car transport was very fast, and the Hilux is amazingly. I'm very happy as a first-time interstate buyer and would highly recommend Grand Toyota Wangara to other interstate buyers.
