Best food I have ever had!! Amazing customer service the whole time, fresh food at great prices. The blt was so fresh and tasted amazing so did the chips. The ice cream sandwiches were made perfectly. Will definitely be comming back again!

Extremely unprofessional staff where no respect for delivery drivers, Remember your customers are ordering your food either in the restaurant, drive through or delivery apps. Treat all customers with the same respect. There were many complaints from a number of customers in Ipswich indicating your delays for deliveries while you are giving priority to drive-through and dine-in customers. Your front staff simply mentioned to drivers Carl's jr policy is to least priority to deliveries and deliveries could be hours late. Compare all restaurants in Ipswich they all treat customers in the same que no matter dine-in, drive through or deliveries. Otherwise, you will lose a number of potential customers because the same customers making orders with different options on different days. Also, you need to improve your staff's professionalism at the counters as you are selling food to hungry people.

If what your into is a rock hard burger that tastes worse with every bite then this is the place for you! Would not recommend. The chicken burger i ordered was cold and hard which was surprising because i still had to wait 10mins for it to be made.

Customer service poor & it took quite a while for our order to arrive. All burgers were cold or just warm. Angus burger didn’t taste any different than the normal burger. Fries were cold & we didn’t enjoy them. Overall disappointing experience.

4 out of 5 burgers were cold and the buns were stale. I should have read the reviews because this seems to be a consistent ongoing problem.

It was good when it first opened but now it’s rubbish. The last several times we’ve gone, they don’t give us our whole order & take a long time.The chicken stripes have changed to these tiny gross pieces. Plus prices have gone up. I’ve given up on this one, not wasting our money here.

We have had multiple issues with this store and whenever we try and call to sort it out. They dont pick up!!!! Like not even once and ive tried over 10 times. Obviously management needs retraining as it isnt that hard to make a burger and pick up the phone. I would not recommend to anyone at this point as you cant even get your order fixed if there are any problems. Absolutely pathetic

Decided to give them a try. Bought a meal deal with drink and chips. Burger was luke warm, chips were just as bad and to top it off they had no sprite. Place was dirty with tables not cleaned, garbage area was just as dirty. Mens toilet had roll of paper on top of dispenser, making it difficult to get some. I used their website to make a complaint about the experience and I'm afraid that I am still awaiting a response from them. Overall I am disappointed and annoyed as well as disgusted with the complete situation. Burger was small for the amount of money charged and honestly I would rather have gone down the road to a fish and chip shop and spent the same amount of money and gotten value for money. Would never recommend Carl's Jr to anyone. Total rip off.

Funny how preconceived notions about certain places can sometimes be very wrong. We received absolutely warm service from the minute we stepped in from the lovely lady working there yesterday afternoon. And she gave the same service to everyone else. People like her make all the difference for me in any place of hospitality. Plus Carl's Jr is always delicious
