We were rebuilding a 50 year old townhouse and interested in a home automation system to manage our lighting. There was limited informatin available about home control systems and largely advertisements. One of the hardware suppliers introduced us to Netsecure and we found our solution. From the outset Kris was extremely knowledgeable about the Z-Wave and competing technology products. He spent time to understand our requirements and worked closely with the electircian to ensure the build was successful. Kris delivered on time and on budget, and has continued to be responsive to any questions or when troubleshooting any potential issues. After 2 months our Z-Wave system is functioning beyond expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Netsecure as your home automation consultant.

Netsecure Automation undertook our complete Home Automation design and integration with other smart Home devices. He also installed the home security system. We had a large installation with in excess of 250 nodes so it was complex. Kris was brilliant to deal with and converted our ideas into reality. Highly recommend him and happy to talk to anyone about this.

So happy we chose Netsecure Automation for our security camera install. Kris was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. He installed a high gain 4G antenna to improve our broadband reception together with amazing high quality security cameras which can be remotely accessed from anywhere via the internet with 24 hour recording.He also installed a home automation platform so we can now control lights and power points via his home automation app. The app has allowed us to constantly monitor the performance of the system and it has worked flawlessly and the whole system is protected by a firewall to ensure our privacy. Kris has always been available to help us become familiar with the operation of the system and to share his vast knowledge and experience . Absolutely brilliant company and can't recommended them highly enough.

We have a farm house in a remote area and we wanted top-of-the-line IT and security systems. Kris installed a sophisticated IT network with battery back-up to cover electrical outages, and high-quality 24/7 360° audio-visual cameras around the perimeter of the house, with an additional motion-activated twin camera set (one specifically to identify number plates) on the entry driveway.The IT network is superfast, often better than our Sydney home.With the security cameras, we’re able to view everything live on our phones, capture photos and videos when required, receive alerts, etc.Kris also developed a special app for controlling other systems in the house through the IT network, marrying his system with equipment installed by various other suppliers. As a consequence, we can turn on and off our lights, heated flooring, hot water system, etc., and will shortly have visibility on the battery power supply from our solar farm to monitor usage remotely.Kris is dedicated, responsive, clever, but most of all a pleasure to work with. Kris is very knowledgable and thorough. We recently had him install a home wifi umbrella network that has allowed our entire household, front to back, to have a strong wifi signal which uses the same network settings so you can transfer seamlessly between wifi points. I had originally considered doing repeater and other self-made network options which wouldn't have been as secure or as good, I am so glad we contacted Kris.He was very patient with us and walked us through all the options available and helped us to understand what worked best for our house (an old brick semi).Longer term we hope to have him back to put in home automation.Thanks for the good service.
