We could not ask for any aircon guys than this team! They go beyond what is expected from them with friendly and professional service. Hats off on Connor and his best partner for our AC installation and tips on keeping commercial fridges last long. Would definitely use this company again in the future..

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & generous (got a free fuse)... My Truma aircon on our mohome stopped working, in 30deg heat with 98% humidity, needless to say we spent a almost sleepless night. I did some Googling and suppected a fuse in the unit had blow... however Google didn’t say how to fix ... Ian at ARS confirms my suspicions re fuse and tells me it’s an easy fix and easy to access from the interior of the van, then he provides me the fuse I need free, yes it’s only 40cents worth, but he didn’t have to. Thanks!

Had to have aircons fitted into the warehouse urgently and Ian and his team were very helpful and responsive. Pricing was very reasonable and I service was excellent. I would highly recommended ARS Whitsundays.

Connor and Ian were simply brilliant! Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. They fixed my caravan A/C within an hour and under full manufacturer warranty - something that 2 other companies could not achieve (one of which had my van for 8 days!) - if you need A/C work, these are your guys for Whitsundays / Airlie Beach. Thanks so much guys!

Well what can I say...had water leaking from AC, rang ARS Airlie, spoke with Ali, she arranged for Keith and Riley to come out today to me and they fixed the issue (although not huge, which was a relief) it only took within the call out hour fee....it's working fabulously.I CANNOT recommend these people enough..highly recommend and I will be using their services again in the future, if only for AC/ refrigeration servicing..cheers to Ali also super prompt and professional establishment and I can understand how their services are in high demand including commercial businesses...cheers again guys and thx..

Had problems with the Compressor fridge in our van. Called Ian about 7am and asked if they could have a quick look at it if I bought it around. Was told that was fine. They checked it out and found the thermostat to be the problem. New one fitted and all good.Great work, great people and a fair price.
