Friendly service. Serviced my machine charged 176 then it didn't work, so they had to fix it it again and charged another 99. Was not expecting it to cost that much. Considering I bought the machine from from them a year or so before for 400, I Should have bought a new one. They said they changed parts but didn't show me any broken parts. I will try someone else next time. thank for response - i didnt know there was a leak, you should me a part that looked new. thanks for reply

Had a commercial machine serviced here. The cost was ok and it was agreed after I dropped the machine off and they inspected it. When I picked the machine up I did not receive an itemised list of repairs/replacements (I didn’t ask) however I trusted that it all worked ok. I was also promised a “3 month warranty”. The machine was dirty and had not been cleaned externally.When selling the machine I turned it on (about 2 months later) and found a solenoid wasn’t working. When the buyer took it back to the shop he was told that the warranty didn’t cover the solenoid. I followed up with them and was told “the warranty only covered items they repaired/replaced”. Fair enough, but hard to know what was repaired/replaced without a list of what was done during the service.Ultimately, I would not return here again and look elsewhere for coffee machine servicing and repairs.

AAA+ shop. This is my go to place for coffee machine related repairs. I have dealt with Francesco, Antonio and Rino and have found them to be polite, professional and helpful each time.Recently I left them with a faulty Expobar semi commercial unit. The repair work was meticulous and all for a very fair price. I was so happy with the final product :)Thanks again for all the help and glad to be your customer.Ed

Worst service ever.If you need friendly reliable service, this is not a place to go. Trust me. Will never return.It took more than 30 days for them to have my Philips humidifier cleaned. I left it unscrewed due to my previous attempt to clean it. After 30 days of laziness, they returned it unscrewed, no test runs, lower part full of dust, without a filter. I had to ask them to return my new filter that I left, and I asked them to test on it after the fix. They did not know where it was after 30 days of procrastination. It took more than 10 min. for them to finally remember where they left it hidden. I had to call more than 7 times to insure them to work on it. No parts needed to be ordered, but simple clean up. I cant believe this company is in the Philips official servicing centre list. I would have never gone if manual did not require users to have their parts cleaned in their service centre.

5/5, not one complaint at all. We had our Breville Barista Express repaired here. After calling around, other repair stores were saying there would be a 3 week minimum wait time on repairs! After calling Technomac, they had the machine repaired in just a day! An extremely reasonable price, friendly staff (Antonio and Francesco) and professional repairs.

Very friendly service and easy to deal with. Antonio worked hard to fix my machine and get it back to me asap. And best of all the price was very reasonable.
