Usually good stock and easy to find what you want. Staff are helpful if you ask for assistance. Happy to check out the back if what you are looking for is not on the shelf.Self serve check outs are clean, and there is always a staff member there to help if you need to put through quantities or something goes wrong.I've been regularly shopping at this store for at least the last 6 years, and casually prior to that.Never had an issue with the staff or quality of service.

It's my local. The shop is clean. Easy to manoeuvre around. Most of the staff are lovely. A few staff members could be reminded how to be warmer and friendly to their customers.Wollies lost a star because I'm sick of seeing Corporations dictating prices to struggling farmers and suppliers. Its just plain wrong and corporate profits should be capped to limit corporate greed

Forgot his name and this review is late but when my daughter knocked over some mars bars (I would've cleaned it up) he said it was okay and I said sorry and thank you (she's 2 years old) then I leave and whilst my sister is paying for her stuff she over hears him saying that he hates kids and that he would've drop kicked my daughter. I put in a complaint and he got told off and I thought that was good that he at least got told off but he's still serving customers and working in the self checkout and I don't feel comfortable going there anymore, I don't want to be near him and I don't want my daughter near him. I've been going to this store for 20 years, when it was called safeway and tbh not once have I ever felt like this going there till him.There is a worker there named Jessie, she's amazing and the only reason why I even bother with that shop anymore. She's kind and caring and my daughter and I love her, she's hard working and a beautiful person.

Witnessed a supervisor (blonde hair, tattoos) being really rude to a young high school student asking to do work placement. It doesn’t take much to be kind, even if there’s no spots available, yelling across the counter and embarrassing the boy wasn’t necessary.
