We have been clients of Rave for quite a number of years now and we are always made to feel welcome and valued. All the staff are amazing and I often get regular compliments on the colur and style. Now that I have embraced my grey, which actually turned out to be this amazing white that people PAY for, the change and style are simply the best. I discussed this decision to grow out the colour and change the style and it was onwards from there. We are all very happy indeed with the results.

Was disappointed that I booked my partner in after explaining that he wanted a flat top over the phone. The lady said yes no problem, but got down there to find out that they were unable to do it. Had I known that from the start I would not have bothered. I consider myself to be a good customer but I may have to find somewhere else to go.

Went to make an enquiry about bridal make up, three staff 1 customer leaving and still had to wait and wait and wait for the staff to finish their chit chat. When the girl at the counter couldn't help me she called salon manager who again found her own conversation more important than a client and kept chatting. When she finally came to help had no interest in helping me when she found out it wasn't a full bridal party and in middle of the discussion the ph started to ring she went to pick it up and cut me off. With that type of service, no way are you getting me in that chair.
