Village Rural Traders.
Ordered close to $400 worth of fruit trees on 1september from website. After many emails chasing order, a complaint through there system and a phone call I still have nothing and no communication mid November. Lesson learned....should have read the reviews before ordering as it looks like I might be lucky to receive anything or a refund.

Very upset with your company!!!I have spent 1hour 45min driving out from gaythorne to our location and back.. for a wasted trip as you didn’t have my order in stock!!!!I placed my order with pickup time and date being today 10:30amWas there on time and spoke with the lady in the garden section, I explained I was there to pick up my order and showed her the order.. which she knew nothing about, at the same time she started trying to locate the plant I had requested..advising me that there is not one in stock and that the online ordering system is flawed not holding accurate stock levels and this happens regularly to customers!!!!

Ordered 6 Hibiscus Landersii on 26 August from website. After many emails chasing order, finally mid Oct received 6 hibiscus, quite well grown and packed. BUT definitely not the variety I had ordered. Lesson learned....should have read the Reviews before ordering. However it may be a good place to shop personally for rural supplies but NOT FOR ORDERING PLANTS ONLINE. Think from reviews I was lucky to receive any plants at all. Giving the wrong plants away. $78 wasted I guess.
