If you expect after sales service from Shiny forget it. Ordered an item on a Thursday. By the next Friday goods were still not delivered. Call up to ask Shiny to chase up the delivery as no missed delivery card was left. Was told to not tell her how to do her job" and to call up myself and that it no longer had anything to do with them after they had posted the goods.Was further told that "Having a look at your current order history you have only placed 3 orders with us this year……". In short I was not worth their time."

1 star is even way too much for customer service here with these guys.. they demand for money right away but when they do something wrong from their end they never take responsibility for it & leaves you to pay twice for goods & services! An absolute joke! Get it together you guys!Only reason we use you is because of the cheap garments, or else would have never second thought about you & your service! Your service us an absurd joke with the policies made up just to suit yourself even when you are wrong from your end!!! Get it right or you will lose so many liable clients/customers!!! Think twice
