DRY AGER Australia - Melbourne

Purchased two units (a DX-1000 and a DX-500) and the quality is second to none. We had some delivery issues due to the transport company, however the team were brilliant in getting them resolved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely happy with my DX500 Dry Ager! From my initial enquiry, delivery and set up it is clear that Dry Ager are serious about customer service. I had called them initially mid last year regarding prices and we kept in contact throughout the back end of 2021. They offered a nice Christmas discount with some additional extras (shelf and carving set) that just reinforced their attentiveness. I now have a t-bone roast that's just about ready to slice and cook and the meat looks absolutely magnificent. There have been absolutely no issues with the unit at all. Plug it is and forget about it.This is high-end equipment and isn't cheap, but with a lot of things you get what you pay for. No mucking around with separate water lines, adjusting thermostats or fretting over humidity levels. If you're keen about good meat and appreciate quality products, do yourself a favour.

Brodie set me up with everything I needed....and Ben dropped it off almost instantly, and set it up for me. I now have to wait for my bone in rib eye to age before I get to enjoy what this unit will do to them. Been a couple of days and it hasn't missed a beat though. Temperature and humidity are stable and I don't have to do anything but wait and admire.

Best way to describe this fridge is EASY! we had a cheaper version and it was not worth it. This fridge while more expensive is worth it. No Basel and connection is not complicated. Great customer service and would recommend this to anyone looking for a premium product that also looks amazing

I never thought a meat drying fridge could bring so much excitement! Customer Service was exceptional thanks to Donna. Troy who delivered the fridge was extremely helpful, setting it up and providing me with a run down. If you purchase you defiantly won’t be disappointed!
