Good in theory but I've never been able to get through to them. I've tried probably 50 times over the last year and I get line busy every time.Edit: Managed to get through. Don't be afraid to just keep calling. Operator was kind and efficient.

Kate at Tenants Queensland has given me solid legal advice, not mentioning, exceptional referral services to conference with lawyers. As a person with underlying health issues, I am absolutely in debt to this organisation for taking my side in these matters where a landlord has attempted to wrongfully terminate my lease, and also self evict me. This organisation, does not receive enough funding for the amount of good work they do in this world.

As a tenant needing advice on a number of issues with a horrible realestate agency I have had so much help and support from Tenants Queensland. Bill gave reasonable advise and was able to provide guidance and council through what steps to take and highlighted any and all potential flaws in our case if it ended in tribunal. Over the last few weeks Bill has been accessible and happy to help and really seemed to take pride in helping out a tenant in need. Seriously, Bill if you see this, you're an absolute legend and I hope somebody in management gives you a well deserved pat on the back.

If you call this service, you have issues with either your tenancy or your landlord.So, life is already difficult. The purpose of this organisation is to inform and to help tenants.You should get a person who has the knowledge and the communication skills to help you deal with your tenancy issues.Most of the time QStars delivered, but one day I had a voice on the other line who was abrupt, judgemental, and very UNhelpful. I wondered what was going on as she was on the side of my landlord who was clearly in the wrong, by law.Luckily, I’d already had dealings with this organisation that were positive. I called back later and spoke to another employee who delivered the service in a much more informative and compassionate manner.My advice to tenants is to call back until you get a decent person to deal with. My advice for this service is to weed out (sack) those employees who are there only to scare and coerce tenants into making bad decisions that only benefit landlords who are doing the wrong thing.Speaking of which, agents should be fined and black listed if they continue to do the wrong thing by tenants. Most agents I’ve dealt with are very corrupt.

Many years ago these guys were great and I coudn't say enough about them. Today however, I was totally Karened" and Im sitting here in shock at the way she spoke

The office in Brisbane City has been really helpful with our dispute with our previous real estate agent. They prepared us really well and gave us multiple scenarios and advices which we were able to use to build our case against our previous agent. Sheryl and Melissa demonstrated a great deal of patience with our case, given we quite literally told them we were about to head into a hearing 2 hours before. Nonetheless, the advice they gave were really helpful and we felt a lot more confident going into the hearing. Thank you again, team!
