Highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr Daad. Multiple positive experiences with her and found her to be thorough, caring and explains everything clearly. One of best bulk billing doctors I’ve been to over the years.

If I could give 0 stars I would went back to see Dr Suman Teenakoon, his the most rudest doctor I’ve ever come across he thinks he can talk down to women and children.. Also abuses the elderly. Don’t know how he got his doctors license, I think he may off got it from the back of the wheety box! Will not be back also gonna report him and the clinic to the ombudsman.

70 minute wait, only 3 patients seen in that time. Had to leave and reschedule for an AFTERNOON that I have nothing planned for so I can wait. Very disappointed. I understand that some patients for whatever reason take longer than the standard 15 min consultation. But geez.... advise reception when making your freaking appointment so that Reception can schedule appointments better.

Had an appointment here late on a Saturday. Ended up being seen about 5 mins before close.Receptionist was lovely. Very helpful and friendly.Doctor obviously had somewhere else to be. Rude. No bedside manner to a scared and ill 4 year old. Then capped off - he missed an ear infection diagnosis and we ended up with a very sick child the next day.

The clinic itself is nice and the reception staff are lovely. I have previously had good consultations with other doctors but my most recent with Dr Suman was terrible. I went for what I believed to be an infected leech bite with something in it. He looked at it from standing distance and told me nothing can be in there and wrote a script for antibiotics. I countered that everything I’d read said there could be and I’d prefer not to take antibiotics if not required. He then told me the internet isn’t right (despite finding the info on reputable sources) and silently wrote me out a referral for an ultrasound to humour me. I couldn’t be bothered with him after that. I haven’t filled his script or referral but instead have spent the next week working on drawing the foreign matter out, with success. He could have done that in office on the day. Useless and condescending, time to give it up Dr Suman if you can’t be bothered actually treating patients.

They do their very best to accommodate bookings no matter how short the notice. But most importantly have quality doctors. With a very special shout out to Dr Bernadette who as a parent watching her interact with my child just blew my mind. She has an encyclopaedia of knowledge and a personal touch that not only puts kids at ease but gets the job done with the minimum of distress. Can't talk highly enough of this centre.

Dr Daad Kafi,Is the most caring dr we’ve had in a long time.A lot of drs in the past have refused to let me go in with husband ( who is deaf and has a cochlear implant to help him hear at all. ).So it’s been hard with him coming out not knowing what was said.Just a pity there aren’t more drs in the group. An update is they have quite a few drs on board now another lady dr is dr Bernadette Hunt. And quite few male drs work a few days a week.So please if you need a great clinic give this a go.F & L S

i recently came here for the first time the other week and dr bernadette hunt was absolutely amazing highly recommended going to her, but when i called to book another appointment to get some tests back i was given a male doctor as dr Bernadette is away, it was a phone conversation and he was so arrogant i cannot believe that is how he spoke to people he talks very quietly and i could barely hear him, i called back to find out something that wasn’t clearly discussed with me and i was confused, he was passive aggressive with me for asking him to clarify something then became very arrogant i unfortunately do not remember his name but i also had a friend who heard the conversation and was also is disbelieve this is how a doctor spoke to a young girl. In no way am i disrespecting the clinic they all seem very lovely but that one male doctor i hope i never have to deal with again.

We had recently moved to Geelong when I chose to visit a GP in this centre after I found out that I am pregnant. I received the least care that I could think of; my referral letter to the hospital was not received and I had to follow up several times. I had a fever of 40 degrees with abdominal pain and the GP sent me home instead of referring to a hospital. They never followed up with my tests and ultrasound results. The ignorance of this service in their care led to loosing my first 13-week baby!
