Worst place to take your truck or equipment, lack of knowledge is disheartening. Incorrect motor overcharged, doubled prices of seals (called 3 separate places), brakes failed after 5 months and confirmed from other mechanics poor workmanship. I would highly suggest you take it elsewhere.

Took our small pantech here for the first time for a regular service. They have set number of hours allocated for a service depending on the size of your truck - ours was booked in for a 4 hour slot. The labour and parts cost worked out dearer than our last similar service (total was nearly twice as much). No problems with the actual service itself, but probably won't be back due to the high price.

This place is a joke. Clueless children working, careless managers roaming. Girls on the phone do a great job, Roxy and his team are lazy and have no respect for their customers. I am not the only person with this experience. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had my tipper play up on me so took it down for a diagnosis and then book in for a later date, the team fit me in on the day and had it fixed in an hour to keep me working and saved me thousands in lost work.Unreal service, great price, will definitely be back in the future.
