Very disappointed customer service.After work, I went to this Bunnings to buy something. Even though the store was located in an opposite way to my house, the ones I wanted was out of stock in other stores.By the way, I arrived there and heard that the store was closed at 7 pm already. No update in google map. Only notice board in front of Entrance. What a point!I said to the staff member that there was no update in google. However, she repeated closed at 7 pm because of stock take(?)".No appologies from the staff member.I was very disappointed with the update way and customer care."

Went up to bunnings maddington today to make a claim on a ryobi tool, the staff were friendly and told me to see victor in tools well talk about rude he was un helpful and spent 10 minutes given me a letucture on life, at 50 years old i think I have a good idea how things work people like victor need to be more dedicated to there job or move over and let someone else do it fortunately I was hand balled on to another gentleman who was very helpful and swapped the item ove...Victor pull your socks up I don't appreciate being spoke to like dirt thanks,bunnings maddington have phone me today 20/6/23 and will be looking into this thank you

Helpful staff but unfortunately stock levels are completely wrong so went there on the online stock availability showing they had in store and that wasn’t the case. Also he self serve registers were open which I don’t mind using but the staff member which assists when your buying something potentially for over 18’s (I was buying pest control) she kept walking away and I had to wait for her return to finish my purchase. But I love Bunnings! It’s a good store and will always return ◡̈

Who cannot love a Bunnings store, I often just go in to just look around but I seem to always come out with something. Staff are knowledgeable, warm abd friendly and are very helpful and polite.

Amazing service Lloyd went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this Bunnings even if you have to drive past a local store visit this one such friendly staff all the way around.

Best thing about this place is they open really early and close late. Very convenient when you have some weekend work to sort out. Nice and friendly staff.
