Have been absolutely loving attending the prenatal yoga classes. Small classes allow for plenty of opportunity for Erin to customise the class to suit how everyone feeling that day. Have found that I'm feeling more comfortable, less sore and alway on top if the world afterwards! Erin is also very knowledgeable and up for a chat, so as a first time mum have loved the opportunity to pick her :-)

I have been lucky enough to enjoy the beautiful space Erin creates in her Ocean Grove classes.The yoga is gentle and nurturing and takes into account the varying stages of the mums-to-be. (In one class we ranged from 7 weeks to 38 weeks and everyone enjoyed it).Erin's background as a midwife, and her yoga training, gives you confidence that every move is beneficial and safe.The guided meditations during shavasana are bliss.I've enjoyed every class, and am happy to recommend Erin's classes to anyone seeking a calm, reflective space to move during their pregnancy.

Relaxing, strengthening and mindful yoga classes for pregnant ladies. Highly recommended for women who want to stay active and in tune with their bodies while they are growing their baby. Erin is fantastic and will make you feel comfortable and at ease.

Womb 2 Move
Womb2Move is the perfect way to prepare yourself for birth. I did prenatal yoga with Erin through pregnancy #1, post natal yoga with bubs #1 and I’m back to do prenatal yoga with #2! I find it a nice way to nurture your body and take some time out to focus on yourself and baby. I would definitely recommend Womb2Move to other pregnant women. Erin creates a very relaxing and supportive environment.

Fantastic to continue movement and yoga throughout pregnancy. Erin is a fantastic teacher and so great to have the opportunity to learn from a midwife and mother who knows and understands how to nurture the growing body. Erin also taught meditation and breathing techniques which were invaluable during the labour. Looking forward to being pregnant again so I can take part in this class again.

Erin will make you feel incredibly supported, no matter your yoga level or pregnancy stage. The atmosphere is relaxing and nurturing. It’s not only great for your pregnant body but great preparation for birth. I’m going to miss this class after my baby arrives! I totally recommend for all the pregnant mammas.

I absolutely loved doing yoga with Erin from womb 2 move whilst pregnant!Erin makes you feel instantly at ease so you and baby can enjoy gentle stretching together and learn vital breathing techniques for labour. Was such a nice time for me each week to look forward to doing something so relaxing and beneficial for myself and baby.Erin is great highly recommend !
