No notification from them when a parcel arrives and phone is either permanently busy or never answers. Even the sender can't get any response from them on where the parcel is.

Twice now I've experienced our local depot not willing to deliver to our door, I understand that that may be a little difficult, but if it cannot be delivered direct then contact the person it is being delivered to to tell them where it is! When calling to chase up my delivery I was told to maybe try calling....." - I should not have to chase it up! They should know where it is!"

No doubt the worst delivery service in Bega, had my parcel for 4 days and didn’t bother to contact me, had to track it down myself and get it picked up myself, claimed they didn’t have any drivers. This is the second time they have done this to me. Will never use them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Appalling customer service. Completely over complicated a simple request on the status of my delivery. If you like a side of huffs, puffs, heavy sighing and false information at 9am then you'll love this. Would not recommend.

THIS FREIGHT COMPANY SLOWS THE PRODUCTION OF ANY BUSINESS RELYING ON THEIR SERVICES TO PICK UP OR DELIVER FREIGHT. TOLL IPEC, STAR TRACK OR ANY OTHER MAJOR LOGISTICS COMPANY INVOLVED WITH THEM. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. WHAT A JOKE.

Delivers to the wrong address and then lies to you as to why they delivered to the wrong address. One star for actually acknowledging they received the parcel into the Bega Freight Centre.

The delivery man is rude loudly knocking on our window this morning, not realising that I have a baby sleeping next to it. Upon politely asking not to knock that way again, he just asked for my signature pretending not hearing anything and just run away. Very bad service! 1 star for undamaged parcel anyway.

Parcel dumped outside local post office and left there for days without my knowledge or consent . When I contacted the depot to see where it was, they advised me it had been delivered to me. It clearly stated on the parcel SIGNATURE REQUIRED - DO NOT DELIVER THIS CONSIGNMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WITHOUT OBTAINING A SIGNATURE FROM THE RECEIVER. THIS IS AT THE REQUEST OF OUR CUSTOMER. Not delivered to correct address, not secure, no signature sought and absolutely no care taken whatsoever.

Handed over my parcel to them to be sent to Queensland, 5 working days later it arrived which is good considering the floods.
