Don't waste your money here. Joe is beyond rude. Never felt so intimidated asking basic enquiries to a business. I specifically didn't buy what I needed purely because of how rude he was. Poor Tim having to work with a man like that!

I have bought many parts of Joe and Tim over the last 25 years. Yes they can be busy but this is the place to go to get parts not always available elsewhere, I started off buying Subaru parts and now use them for my Honda needs. I also use them for bits for friends Nissans that show up on my doorstep needing help. Always happy to tell people at meets that this is a great place to use.

after calling to find out if i could test a product for compatibility, we drove over an hour to get there to be left waiting for almost 30 minutes while the old bloke behind the counter stuffed around, and then proceeded to tell us that we couldn't do what we drove there to do.all to replace a product that was sold damaged by them to the previous owner of the car.waste of time, horrible customer service
