My computer was black and wouldn't turn back on, I was in the middle of an assignment and Anthony fixed the computer and retrieved the assignment. A lovely and patient person that never makes you feel silly for asking even the simplest of questions. Anthony cares about long-term and efficient solutions and will take the time to fix something properly even if it takes time.
