Beaumont Tiles Tweed Heads

Visited today had the worst customer experience no one helped out or even approached us. The female staff that was working today was not following any social distancing and was acting like we were not even in the store she wouldnt even give us way to walk past her I just waited for her to move so i can walk past which took so long. Seriously no respect to customers, was going to purchase from them but just because of that will find someplace else.

I've had two dealings with staff at Beaumont tiles. The first was great. I was served by a lady ( very helpful) she helped us with some samples.Today I returned to purchase my tiles, upon entering the store there was no greeting from the staff member behind the desk (Anthony) He never approached us once to see if we needed any help. I eventually walked over and explained I had seen a lady here who had helped me with some tiles and I advised him I left the tile number at home but I knew the color and size. Still sitting behind his desk staring into his computer & not getting up he points to a cupboard and tells me the tiles I want might be there at the end . I asked if there was any difference as they both looked white to me and I was confused. He mumbles something about round edges and straight edges. The phone was ringing all through the store and he did not answer this phone once. I proceeded to ask him a few more questions. To which he continued to type on his computer. After zero service and feeling like I was an imposition, I asked him if he would like us to come back later. He ended up selling us the tiles, but the experience was not enjoyable. Honelsty, there are so many people out of work during the COVID19 & he looked like he did not want to be there. If that's the case maybe it's time for him to resign and have another person with enthusiasm and basic respect for customers to have that opportunity. Thank you Jules

Good variety of tiles, both wall and floor. The staff and management really helpful , couldn't do enough to make sure I was both happy and satisfied with my selection. Would definitely go back. Colin

I have visited Beaumont tiles more times than I care to admit throughout the course of my bathroom reno. They have been super friendly and helpful throughout the process with all stock delivered in a timely manner. Really appreciate their help (and special shout out to Michelle for having great recommendations on styling).

The lady who served us did not seem to have a lot of knowledge.

The staff are sooo friendly and helpful and they always have what we are looking for.

Good range of basic tiles for mainstream projects. Helpful staff.You can score a bargain if you only need a small quantity of tiles in the limited take and seconds section. They also have reasonable prices on a few natural stone tiles.If you are looking for something a little more exciting or exotic especially natural stone and then try the mob around the corner.
