This was my first visit to Melann hair and beauty.The girls were amazing.Not only warm and welcoming but very professional.Katey my hairstylist was more than accomadating.Thank you so much to Maddy for the scalp massage...just amazing!!!It's a Yes from me girls!!!

Apparently $190 does not include a trim. They did half head of foils and blow dry on my daughter but this cost does not include a cut. You'd think that if your bleaching hair that they'd cut the ends that get damaged as part of that process. Will never use or recommend this salon to anyone again. Over priced for what was done.

Friendly, relaxed and welcoming salon. I had been looking for a new hair salon for some time and I finally found Melann Hair and Beauty tucked away in a busy little shopping complex in Cranbrook. Great atmosphere and I was happy with my cut and colour. My search for a new salon is over and I will be back.

My experience with Melann was very unsatisfying, I am sad to write such a review, but I was a bit shocked as to how my hair looked, once leaving the salon… I received uneven visible foils, yellow toned roots, many different shades of blonde throughout, very disappointed that I was walking out of the salon after sitting in the chair for 5 hours….

My brows got ruined but there was nothing I could do since brows take a long time to regrow so I'm a bit sad about that.

I had such a positive experience yesterday. It was my first time having my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Tamara was great with suggestions as I wasn't sure exactly what I would like, super friendly and will definitely be coming back. So happy with the service and how they turned out today.
