I went in yesterday and told the guys about the problem with my cv joint and they got me in super quickly the next day! They got the job done effectively and fast and will definelty return for any mechanical needs. I feel I wasn’t overcharged and was very happy with the service.Thanks guys!

I took my Falcon to this place after recommendation from Panther Auto. Needed a rego check. the mechanic got into the car started the engine, put the brakes on hard then floored the accelerator. He did the five times until the right hand engine mount broke. He then failed the car for rego. there was nothing wrong with the car until he abused it and so I would caution anyone thinking of using them to think again. Not recommended.

I was a customer from many years ago when it was the place to go. Now seems to be in new hands.Lured me in stating would change both boots on one side for $140. My local guy was going to do one boot for $110. Having had previous excellent experience, went to allwest.Did in good time and work done seems good.But checked when i got home and only one boot changed but still charged full price and didn't tell me the inner boot not changed. When contacted, he acknowledged boot had not been changed and gave some excuse about it being ok. I did not suggest to change both, allwest did.Thus i had to drive 5 times the distance and pay $30 more for the experts" to do the same work my local trusted guy would have done.Actual work they did- 5 star (Thus far)Feeling deceived - 1 starIf they had been up front

Wonderful and prompt service at a very reasonable price that was quoted before repair. 2 great blokes who were very thorough and transparent in explaining and demonstrating exactly what needs/needed to be fixed. 10/10 would recommend!
