Barmah Hotel

Had the most delicious lunch here yesterday. Great menu and nice selection of parmas. Got to try 2 great flavours by ordering 2 1/2 size.Great country pub with big meals in a beautiful location with plenty of room and the service was fantastic.Can’t wait to visit again to a great feed.

Food fabulous flavour ,servings enormous plenty of space for children to play as they choose, seen & not heard . Very enjoyable.

The wifey and I went for a drive to have a look around and we went Barmah way. We have been here before for a beer when we were camping. We did say that we will have a feed when we were here next so we did. I ordered a beef snitty and the better half ordered a Mexican parma. She loved her parma and rated it 10. Took a bit for her to put it away. My snitty was longer than your standard butter knife to give you an idea of size. My only dig was the coating was too thick so it was a bit doughy. I just left the bottom half off and that was all good. A little on the chewy side so I reckon 8.5/10. Overall good value for money. We will go back.

Came here for lunch with a group of 6 adults & 5 children. Meals were absolutely delicious! Fresh veggies were amazing and the size of the meals were extremely generous. All adults had a variety of parmas and all were a hit! WillCome back one day.

Beaut friendly staff, a great pub feed and the beer is ice cold out of the tap.Great spot to relax.

Barmah was a very pleasant surprise, beaut little spot, the river levels appeared higher than elsewhere & safe. Will have to reattend the pub though, to be fair. Didn't try the food as 2.30 but have heard very good reports from friends. The barman was quite dour, no friendly greeting or even a smile, the Carlton Draught on tap tasted like Carlton Dry, no one else in the bar, 1/2 doz people out front & same in lounge, not overly busy, but the bar did look original bush bar appearance. Not sure what the heavy reo windows security says about the area, Think Tennant Creek shops & hotels? Will try again.

Camping at Barmah on Murray. Stopped in for lunch on Sunday prior to Anzac Day. Good meals, service good. No complaints.

Just been here for darts and dinner. Publican, cook and locals very welcoming. Food was very good and very reasonable pricing. Great venue for families couldn't recommend it any higher
