So slow to process a script. We all know it's designed to make us shop for more but it's exhausting when dealing with the sick, elderly and children to make us wait to fill a simple script.

Non-sense refund policy, you can't get your money back when the product doesn't meet your expectations as the product must be sealed and in the original conditions.

I'm not the type of person that is easily offended by I have have negative customer service experiences twice. I was waiting for a stat Dec only to be forgotten after being told 10 mins and today I was dismissed by an assistant. I have alot of patience but I think this needs to be reciprocated in customer service too.

Staff is not trained properly. The price tages are not fixed correctly. I get an item tagged 89 $ and it was recommended by one of the staff but at the counter it was 135. Such a waist of time. GO to highpoint chamist

I am a loyal customer however, some customer service attendants are very good but mostly are not. It will be nice if they are all friendly. When I call on the phone before coming as I am unsure if they received my prescription from my doctor, they are not accommodating and if language barrier occurs, I hope they will be more patient and understanding. Another thing is they should also ask and not to step on other's needs. They should not judge, interefere nor make a decision for the customer if they do not know what's behind the story its not bad to courteously ask us about it. As long as the customer is doing right and doing what the doctor advice them, that should be it and not interefering with stuff that they should'nt be doing when its not necessary. Customers need help for support and assistance, and not by being rude and deciding what should and shouldnt be for us when they have no clue on our situation.

The male pharmacist was so rude and unhelpful. He was smiling and giggling at me while I was telling him symptoms and asking for advice. Very unprofessional.

Highly unprofessional staff. It happened thrice where I had purchased products and the staff would forget to place one or two items in the bag. All I get is an apology and it’s a new trainees fault, not good enough, you have lost my trust Chemist Warehouse Maidstone

They give us the wrong prescription, the wrong medicine for my babySeveral days later we went back to the doctor, and we realised about the chemist's warehouse mistakeMy wife and I went back to the pharmacy, the staff and the pharmacist were very very apologetic for their major mistake but the pharmacist did not like to fix their mistake properlyWe are so disappointed and sad that the pharmacist made a mistake, and this big company does not like to fix this error in the right way

Three times I have tried to purchase make-up products which were falsely advertised as half price. Each time they refused to honour this despite their clear advertising, and said there was no manager to assist only a pharmacist who was too busy to help.

Not as big as city branches but has good range. Parking at the front of shop.
