Impressive! Did not expect excellent service and excellent food. No idea why not! This place is impressive. It is huge so not sure what it would be like when busy but a few events and large tables along with family groups. Still had quick friendly service. Good food and drinks. Had fresh veg, excited.

It's a 5 from me:Free of smells, friendly bar staff, affordable drinks, interesting style, comfortable seating, very nice looking bistro, but we were there for the art class. The food looked good so we will probably go back to try the food.Toilets very clean and fairly spacious, carpets clean, lots of TVs showing the footy match, a games room, 3pool tables, 3 really retro poker machines, a nice couch area, plenty of dining tables.There is a lot to like about Gosnells Hotel

I’m new to the area. Since the beginning of April I have been going to this pub weekly for drinks and a meal and to watch the footy.Most times, I’m the only person in the lounge at that time of day (the one above the bar). On almost every occasion, I’ve had to ask for the sound to be turned on, or up a bit (more than once) and by about late in the first quarter of the game I’m reluctantly appeased. I do ask nicely. I’m a sales professional and I know how to conduct myself courteously.Last week the woman argued that it wasn’t just about me but I was the only person in the room. I asked who it was meant to serve by leaving the music on, the staff? I know they can isolate the speakers that were right in front of my table if they want to make me feel comfortable being there. I never have anyone take my glasses and dishes away as they pile up. I’ve watched staff walk right past my table empty handed.I might only be by myself each time but I’m there spending my money and I feel like I’m not welcome.Today they had the rugby on some screens so I didn’t even ask the question and it was busy with a large booking so I understood it wasn’t about me today. My usual table where I watch the footy had the rugby game on anyway so I had a pint and left.

Had a awesome experience at Gosnells Hotel (upstairs). First time me and my partner had attended. Like to give a special appreciation to Kayla the bar tender. Really professional at her job, great service and very helpful. Will be back .

Meat plate was Amazing. Even the coleslaw and maple glazed corn was superb! I haven't been impressed with many pubs in the area but always am here. Will be back
