I've been looking for a nail salon after I stopped going to Venus Nails and was recommended this place by almost everyone and they lied!!! This place may be affordable but the nails are disgusting!! My nails weren't the length I wanted them, they weren't even shaped properly and the design was no where near what I wanted!! Ladies, pay the extra dollar for better service! Don't settle for less and look for another salon

I had a good experience until last year I had my eyebrows waxed and after it left one of my eyebrows burn marks. It wasn't the customer service was bad because I never had a bad experience with them since I been with them . It was how eyebrows done.

Waited over an hour to get nails done after they requested for me to return 1.30pm. Finally served at 2.30pm. Even with a full room of waiting customers they went on a lunch break while we all sat and waited. No waiting chairs some people had to stand. No eftpos services are available- cash only. Only 1 atm machine in the centre which charges a fee of $2.80. Definitely won't be returning.

Lillian has been doing kine and mums nails, eyebrows, waxing for years. She alwa and does top qualityys looks after usand doesn't leave our acrylic nails thick and chunky. Lillian is very kind and generous towards us and is very accomodating

Great prices, lovely staff, always take their time and pay attention to detail when waxing and applying lash extentions. Bookings are a must here, I usually book ahead 1-2 days in advance as they get very busy.
