Extremely helpful and friendly staff! I love coming to Auto barn as they’re honest, reliable and well priced. I always feel welcomed here and I’m always treated with kindness and respect!I came in today this time for a big purchase, I decided to detail the interior of my car and wanted some cleaning products, detailing brushes, seat covers and a new steering wheel cover.The gentleman who helped me was fantastic and was very honest. I was going to buy interior detailing spray and interior protector spray but he explained to me that the protector does the same thing as the other one as well as protecting it and advised me to not waste my money on a product I wouldn’t need.I then had some questions about seat covers regarding neoprene vs suede and he was very informative and helped me chose the right one, the back seat covers weren’t out on the floor so he checked the system and went out to grab them from out the back.Next I had a question regarding the steering wheel cover, my car says it has a 14inch steering wheel but I couldn’t find any in that size, he grabbed a 15 inch one, brought it out to my car and checked to see if it would fit. He also went out the back to grab the steering wheel cover that I wanted for me as again they weren’t in stock out on the floor.It’s always an awesome experience at auto barn! And my car turned out amazing!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, I assume it was the owner/manager that served me, he was rude,abrupt and arrogant, will never shop there again, supercheap will be getting all my business from now on and everyone I know

Tyson & the audio team were friendly and fantastic to deal with. I finally got my dream stereo upgrade and couldn’t be happier with the service.

Daniel and the team have always done a fantastic job with my cars. Last upgrade was a piano black facia, with a Pioneer touch screen, android wireless, revere camera, speakers, sub woofer and 2 channel amp in a 2007 BF Ford Fairlane. Transformed a luxury car to a real modern car. Great work and install.

Dan in the Audio area was a life saver when i was having an issue got it sorted out quick and no fuss even though it was the end of the day, fantastic customer service :D

I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service here. Quite a long time ago I special ordered some struts for my mothers car. Unbeknownst to me they did not order the correct items in fact charged me twice what they should have cost. Life got in the way, cancer, divorce, taking care of an elderly parent. So when I got around to finally putting them on the car I was shocked to find they were shock absorbers and not struts.I called and spoke to Dan the store manager who was going to see whether the special order company would return them (even though it was auto barns mistake) so I could order the correct items. I was assured he would call the following week.No phone call. So I went into the store with the items a week and a half later and spoke to Roger. He spoke to Dan on the phone. Was instructed to leave my phone number and details yet again and that someone would def call me the following Monday. In fact Roger insinuated that since he now had my number he would probably call me regardless which I laughed off. Yet less than 5 minutes after me leaving the store he did call just to confirm he would def call me Monday. Monday came and went and another week later I was driving past and decided to pop in. I asked for Dan or Roger with the three employees standing around doing nothing. Melissa informed me Dan was on leave and Roger wasn’t there but she was in charge. When I explained the situation she told me that they had in fact heard back and they couldn’t help me. I don’t understand why I was not contacted and informed. The lack of care completed transparent. Now I’m $160 out of pocket and still have no struts. I walked out completely disappointed. Needless to say I will not be ordering the struts from them let alone shopping at any Auto Barn again.

Huge thanks to the folk at autobarn Noarlunga. Helping me out with trial fitting a roof pod to assistance with bolting it on at last minute on a Sunday. Not a normal practice but some desperation on my need they certainly went above and beyond to help

Roger G went above and beyond to see I got the best value and the correct battery for my car. Of course he delivered it out to the car for me too. Really appreciate the excellent service.
