Awful. Awful. AwfulWent to have a haircut and it is absolutely terrible!My hair was not washed properly, the hairdresser hit me in the head with the hair-dryer and when i questioned my haircut i got ever excuse.Do not waste money going here!UPDATE: Had the owner contact me to try to rectify the issue. I explained that I didnt feel comfortable going back and having my hair cut again. She then proceeded to demand and request that I remove this review!Very disappointed and unprofessional

Expensive and an awful hair cut by Ash.I paid for a treatment, forget the head massage and just be thankful if you walk out with your scalp intact! So rough!she asked if I’d like it wavy I said sure, and she just blow dried the ends out, so it’s looked like something out of the 70s, so I then asked her to straighten it…No offer for tea, coffee or water…overall just an unpleasant experience so this hair dresser will be a hard pass next time.Update: just had the owner ring and state “you have mentioned my name and that isn’t legal” in regards to this review, no apology, no how can we fix this, just a low key threat.

This salon is great! My sister has a hearing disability and staff are wonderful in helping her to be understood. Her hair has never looked better! she has a style cut , colour and blow dry . Very reasonably priced and she loves the cups of coffee too ! Highly recommended

I have changed my rating for two reasons.The first is I was charged $480 for cut and colour for my sister and I. My complaint has been ignored.Today... I went for a trim and my hair was cut as short as a man's hair style! I am horrified when I look at it!Nardia was the butcher! I had to tell her to stop cutting before I was bald!Never again!You would do well to avoid unless you want to wear a scarf on your head too!

when I used to live in dubai where I first met ash, she was very well get-going and was smart on how she does hair . I was very upset when I moved to Perth knowing that I have to switch hairstylists, but surprisingly, she was here too with her own hair salon! I am her regular customer for time to come.

Maria was the best hairdresser I have come across in a very long time. She was very professional, understanding and she gave me a new style and colour that I just love. Thanks Maria

Zero stars would be overrating for this business and the owner. Do not go there if you are not from India with tick hair, save your time and go anywhere else. Ash, the owner, in her own words, does not know what to do with different hair type. What a joke of the hairdresser! I went there for hair-dry styling as my regular hairdresser was away. Ash literally told me that she does not know what to do as my hair is thin??? That aside but her attitude towards the work and customer is shocking, she just could not be bothered! After 30 min and nil result I walked out. Well after 25 years of using hairdressers in Europe and Australia you got the title of the worst hairdresser!
