The fire pit is of great quality, however the customer service was not! I paid $85 for premium delivery with tracking. There was no tracking info on package available or updated, only after the delivery had taken place... of which I had not even received. I was given 3 different courier companies with the one tracking number. Rang company numerous times to find out where and when my package would be delivered and which courier company was making the delivery as there was no tracking info available. At the time of purchase I was given an expected delivery date and time frame of 1 week after purchase... the company could not tell me where my delivery was, or who the courier contractor was or when it would be delivered???? Then I got notification from both the courier company and the business that my package had been delivered... of which it had not????Rang company again to sort it out and got the run around again with no info on where my package was and when it would be delivered so I had to waste my own time trying to track my delivery down with 2 courier companies and finally had it delivered after 3 weeks. What an absolute joke! I only purchased from this company as they advertised that they were a local Melbourne based business, so I wanted to support them during COVID but all products are warehoused and shipped from interstate. All I got from the company was a whole lot of excuses and of course all the blame was placed firmly on COVID19!!!

Clive was really helpful in answering my questions and helping us in choosing the right fire pit. Our fire pit was delivered promptly and works beautifully and is of higher quality than what we expected it would be. We are very happy with the level of service and product received. Ordered and received a 90cm fire pit cover and screen. Delivered from NSW to Vic within a week. Very happy with the product.
