The Ridge Dog Off-Leash Bush Park
Unfortunately the council after making a great park and dividing it into two to allow for a small dog section, the upkeep has been a little disappointing. There is a huge gap under a dividing gate that any small or medium sized dog could get under with ease. One of the exit doors also has a gap that small dogs can squeeze under and get out onto the roadway. Once these are fixed I will be back with an update, but for now just 3 little stars, with the potential to improve.

The Ridge Dog Off-Leash Bush Park
This park is lovely, wish there were more mini play areas for the dogs but the size of the area is great. Georgie thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of parking, tap stops which is great, it is secured safely, no sneaky holes or anything either.I just wish other dog owners would collect their pups poop other than that, park is decent.

The Ridge Dog Off-Leash Bush Park
It's okay, and it's nice that the council thought to provide a dog park. I think the place would be a trial on a hot day because there's very little shade throughout most of it, and shade is what you'll probably be wanting after walking up and down the continual slopes in the park. It's well designed in that you can always wander off to a different part of the park if you'd rather not engage with certain dogs/owners.

The place is great. It has two parks separated for those who's dogs may be a bit problematic. The gates have an airlock" where you can leash or unleash your dog before entering or leaving properly. There is a tap in one of the parks but best feature is the trees and shrubs for the dogs to run around and sniff.This is not just an empty field like most dog parks."

The Dog Park is located near the sporting fields in Barden ridge. Great place to bring your kids for a bike ride or ball games.The Dog Park we did not like much, it has a lot of bush in the centre that can potentially have snakes. It was quite wet and the surface was down hill, which was not very comfortable.

As of the time of this review, there is a really long Covid line into the testing centre, which runs right past the parking area into this dog park. You can overtake but it’s sketchy as the road is really narrow.Otherwise nice park with 2 fenced off sections and a little bit of shade and drinking fountain.

The Ridge Dog Off-Leash Bush Park
Big dog park with plenty of parking, a double gate entry and a bubbler for humans and doggos.There's a huge area for dogs to play, with a lot of huge Lomandras and some small native trees.It's clear that the council maintain this area often, as weeds have been sprayed and the gross is well mown.It would be better if there were a few different sections, or even just two, one for big dogs one for small, as it is all the doggies are in together, which my three didn't mind.More shade would also be welcomed as I wouldn't recommend on a hot day, there are very minimal shade areas.

Fantastic off leash dog park. The area is really big with some bushes and trees and a couple of big rocks for the humans to sit on. There is a water bubbler so humans and dogs can have a drink which is great. Just make sure your dogs tick treatments are up to date and be aware that snakes can be in this area as well as it is bordering bushland

The Ridge Dog Off-Leash Bush Park
Our beagle loves this place, as do so many other doggies in the area. Well maintained and usually very clean. Friendly big space to spread out in. Two areas, upper and lower hill and there’s a maze of bushes for kids and dogs to play hide and seek in. (Or commando as my 3 nephews did with puppy on the chase too. ) off peak times it’s very quiet and relaxing. There’s shady spots between trees and rock benches to sit on if you need. People out of area say it’s better than most and will travel to come here every few weeks for a change and love the cleanliness and mutual respect and care for puppies big and small to help with socialisation skills.
