I have built with Grand Pacific Homes twice now and would build with them again. For my most recent build I came to Grand Pacific with a concept design from an architect. After receiving several quotes over-budget, they were able to help refine the design to an affordable build whilst maintaining the majority of our original concept.During the build Mark and Clint were always contactable and were always consultative making sure the finishes were what we were after. I felt I was always part of the build process and despite frequently working away was always kept up to date.We are so happy and delighted with our new home and appreciative of the volume of work Grand Pacific did to get us in before Christmas. The quality and craftmanship of their work surpassed our expectations and we have already recommended them to friends looking to build in the near future.

Grand Pacific Homes knocked down my existing house and rebuilt my beautiful new duplex. I couldn’t be happier. Their workmanship was remarkable and follow up has been great. Build time was longer than predicted which was to be expected with all the delays caused by the Covid pandemic. We got there in the end and I’m now very settled in my new home. Very happy with the service and build quality from GPH for our custom home. Also, to the Admin Manager, Abbie, who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Their Building Supervisor, Paul, also provided prompt and helpful service.Only points of recommendation for the company as a whole, is to watch the estimates for the 'provisional allowances' and make sure there is plenty of notice given if any alterations are required for set invoices/drawdowns.Overall, there is no need to search any further for your specialised, custom design home builder.

Grand Pacific Homes renovated our house, completely transforming it into a beautiful modern home.Clint project managed the renovations, organising various trades who arrived back to back to provide a seamless transition.Their workmanship was top quality and they provided us with various options including ones to ensure we stayed within our budget.Renovations can be extremely stressful but the team at Grand Pacific Homes made it so much easier.
