This is a family business and they are very honest. My mother came in the other day with no idea on iPhone just to use. There was a charging problem on her phone and she thought is was battery issue. Andrew looked at it and straight away said it’s not, it’s a charging cable, the battery is ok. A normal phone shop would just change it. This is very rare in this age especially for a small business. This shop is the shop to goto if you want a good service and very honest. Thanks again for dealing with my elderly mother. Oh yeah I need a lightning cable today so I rang and Andrew gave me a good honest price.

Took my phone there to fix another companies fault and to fix the issue i originally needed to get fixed. They could almost instantly see what the issue was and looked into getting the parts i needed, unfortunately the supplier was out of stock so i left my name and number and they said they'd look into it for me. So far their customer service has been amazing and the price they quoted me was very fair.They were pretty shocked to see what the other company had done and explained what they'd have to do to fix it.Only went in today and I'm yet to hear back but have heard great things about their work and they assured me they'd let me know as soon as the parts are available.

Amazing!! This dude is absolutely incredible and I wish I could have tipped him but he is too kind. I needed a new speaker and wanted a new part and he did it in under an hour!! Absolutely awesome and will recommend to everyone I know.

I’ve just had my screen replaced, works perfectly, comes with a screen protector and is a fraction of the price of their competitors. I was able to get a case as well as the fix for $40 less then the other places had quoted for just the fix. Great pricing and even better customer service! Highly Recommend!

Just had a new battery installed in my phone, in and out in around 25min, very friendly people, genuine parts used, very reasonable prices.
