I am very happy with Coolmist.I made an online booking to give me a quote for a multi head split system. They made contact within minutes and booked in a time. They attended on time and were very knowledgeable and informative, giving good and sensible advice for our requirements. The price was very competitive, so we booked them to install our AC. they kept in touch with me about the ordering process for the AC unit and were able to attend to do the install within 1 week.The team arrived on time and were very clean and courteous, providing drop sheets and vacuuming after work. They were very conscious of people working from home and worked with us to ensure we could still do our work without any interruptions.The work was performed to very high standard, by skilled and professional staff. Nick installed my ducted heating/cooling system last year and it hasn't missed a beat. Should have done a review then! It worked equally well through the heat and I'm really appreciating the warmth now through the winter months. I haven't had to contact Nick with any issues so that's a recommendation it itself. I've found the system cost effective and unobtrusive. I don't notice it's on other than I'm comfortable.Nick is professional and friendly. He knew exactly what I needed to make my home more liveable.I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Highly recommend Nick and the team. After speaking to many companies about our difficult 3 storey installation, Nick was very positive and confident. He worked out a way to do the install exactly the way we wanted, and worked very hard to get it completed in the specified period. Was having trouble with my ducted aircon system not heating comming into winter and got recommended cool mist by a friend. They were able to fit me in that week now my air con is running like when it was brand new can’t recommend cool mist highly enough

Absolutely amazing ! They were professional,friendly ,arrived on time and cleaned up after the job was completed.They did not stop to have a break they just kept going, they installed two units in separate bedrooms and they look amazing.Thank you for your great service.I definitely would recommend Nick and Josh .
