Shaver Shop Carindale

I'm in town for monthly business meetings and after checking into the hotel, I realised that my wife had forgotten to pack my toothbrush or hair straightener. The concierge suggested to I go Shaver Shop in Carindale.After a coffee I ubered over, and was taken aback by how large and clean the store was! I must have appeared quite daunted because the clerk came over and quickly guided me to the hair straighteners. She was very helpful, offering me information on the specifications and prices of each product. I couldn't decided between two straighteners, and we ultimately decided to settle it with a game of scissors, paper, rock. I won! And walked away with a GHD platinum plus!Better luck next time, Brittiny! and thank you Shaver Shop for all your help.

Refused a return because item had been opened. How am I supposed to know if something sold online is any good if I can't even open it? Asked the staff, they just shrugged and said sorry". Good job losing a customer and earning bad word of mouth over $140."

DON'T buy from here unless your 100% sure on the product you purchase. I tried to take back a massager that was below average that I bought for $100 (on sale). Only than was I told about their policy that if it is opened" than you can not return it unless it's broken. I used to buy all my personal electrical items here and have previously spent hundreds here. I won't be returning- this is something that needs to be diclosed at time of purchase and not sneakily written on the docket. Didn't even offer a store credit. Dissapointed to say the least. I will be escalating this to the ACCC."

I was after a product and couldn’t get to the store until just at closing time. Brittany was delightful to deal with over the phone and stayed a couple of minutes past closing to make sure I could get the product tonight instead of another day. Not every store or staff member will do that, which would have been a big inconvenience as I’m going away tomorrow. Thanks Brittany for making my day!!

I ordered a product online from Carindale shaver shop.Was easy n was kept up to date with delivery. Got it in two days absolutely chuffed. Can't wait to see his face & fill you in on the product. Definitely recommend online service from shaver shop Carindale. Great work

The guy that works in here has saved me from a variety of issues but particularly with his suggestion of a new electric razor. He has also saved me time and money. Now this razor is way beyond what I expected and all the issues I had prior have gone. It’s not often you get a product expert but you will receive customer service that’s paired back with product knowledge at Shaver Shop Carindale.

Needed some shaver replacement parts ASAP and called up - Gareth had exceptional customer service, going out of his way to accomodate my needs.After a bit of back and forth, Gareth was able to locate the part and as a result I'm now clean shaven for an interview! Please give him a raise!

Very helpful staff who were informative but not pushy. They helped me select an excellent shaver at a good price by concisely explaining to me the differences between brands and features, and left me to make my own decision.

Gareth helped me today with figuring out the right electric razor for my husbands birthday gift. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I mentioned my husband has sensitive skin & he asked lots of questions to recommend the right products for him. Overall he made sure I got exactly what I needed, plus skin products that will be a life saver for my husbands face, and in the price range I needed! Gareth is a real asset to your team :)
