Great service from the showroom staff, the quoting process right through to the carpet layer. New carpet to 4 bedrooms and hallway looks great. I would highly recommend Carpet Craft Taree for any flooring job you may have.

Sent someone out to measure up my bedrooms for carpet.... never heard back from them. I called them twice and got told they hadn't done up the quote yet. Clearly wasn't enough $$$$ for them. Don't worry guys someone else came and did it for me and i put a second story on my house and They did that for me aswell. Then my mum loved mine so much that they did her place as well.

They were not helpful at all could not be bothered in helping us as we were only interested in buying a rug. They told us to go to Harvey Norman, which we did and we purchased a very nice rug.

Got some Vision Vinyl planks from these guys and new carpet throughout a few months back. Installer was awesome and his attention to detail was good. I am very happy! Thanks guys!
