Physio Cure - Elwood

I recently visited Harry with my back issues and had a great experience. Harry is amazing, he always takes the time to listen and understand your problem. He’s very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable throughout your session. I highly recommend visiting if you ever need to!

After coming in with a mysterious lower back injury that no other physio could solve, Harry diagnosed the problem on the first visit and has been going above and beyond with his physio treatments on my back and I am feeling far less pain and more mobility than before! Thank you so much Harry and team. I finally have hope that I will be getting back to lifting weights and living a happy healthy life again.

My husband had back and leg pain and our gp recommended this place. Harry is such an amazing physiotherapist, being so friendly and patient. The most important thing is he could find the root cause of pain. My husband can feel the difference just after three treatments in 1.5 weeks!!! Highly recommend Harry and his team. I will come back soon for the neck pain myself.

Don't hesitate to go and see Harry - he is a gifted physiotherapist. I'm out of pain and walking around upright after two weeks of treatment on my lower back - I didn't expect such a rapid recovery. Each treatment I can feel the improvement. Harry has a variety of therapeutic approaches and can tailor his interventions according to what is needed. I am super impressed with my experience and have already been recommending Harry left, right and centre to whoever will listen :)

Harry is an amazing physio. He is very knowledgeable, professional and amazing guy. He spent really good time listening to your issues and understanding more about your problems. Harry has helped me with my frozen “wry” neck using dry needling and traction table and shock wave therapy. I love to go and see him every week to fix all issues in my body. I have had multiple issues with back and lower back and hips and the only one could fix it was Harry. I have visited many places and none was able to help me as Harry did. Do not think twice guys. Harry is the best physio in Elwood and Elsternwick. Do not waste your time and visiting other people who would not be able to help you. Harry is the guy to fix all your problems. Thank you, Steve.

I had my first treatment with Ari Estermen today and it was amazing. He went straight to the spot where my injury is and after some deep massaging I immediately noticed an improvement. His approach is very impressive and different to others physiotherapists I've tried before. I finally feel like this will work.

I came to Physio Cure with neck and shoulder pain and limited movement. Harry diagnosed frozen shoulder and bursitis and a tear in one of my shoulder muscles, all of which was confirmed by x-ray and a scan. He explained the treatment plan and prescribed a series of stretches and exercises. It took about 8 weeks of manual therapy, massage, Tens machine, and dry needling before full range of movement was restored to my shoulder. The shoulder is fine now and I now attend weekly Pilates sessions with Ashley to maintain my core and work on balance exercises as a result of having chronic vestibular migraines that affect my balance. I have found Harry and Ashley to be very supportive and reassuring through this difficult process.
