Hi , we picked up our Tanami 15l , from new castle given the hand over tour , an found Alex an Sam very easy to deal with , these guys were pumped off there feet , we had so many questions , phones going crazy how calm an relaxed these guys are , on addressing our questions an confirming anything we asked , had one slight hiccup . Resolved on the spot . We left for a short test 2 days to Port Macquarie, tested van threw sand , mud , 4wd dirt tracks , the van was awesome . Called back in on the way home had a concern with brake controller , which rectified itself . Alex wanting to make sure all was good hooked up my van we went for a drive double tested everything again , great service.I can't thank Alex enough , for his knowledge of the mechanical an electricals not just there operation but also how they are built an assembled of what we feel is a great van an his dedication to the company he works for is A1 , an was second to none . Not once was anything to hard or Im not sure .

0 stars.Buyer beware - The after sales service from head office is embarrassing. We bought a new Hybrid. Drove it out the door to find numerous issues -1. Air conditioning didn’t work2. Internal cupboard doors fell off hinges3. Scratched interior4. Spare wheel bags ripped5. Awning doesn’t closeZofia Polaczuk - Service & Warranty Manager was nothing but rude, lacks any empathy, is on a power trip to make customers lives hell. She goes out of her way to be difficult and not find a reasonable and fair solution & clearly enjoys it. How she is appointed into this role is beyond me.The air conditioning wasn’t checked in production, then it somehow became our issue. Zofia said wait for a new part, up to a month, or drive 9 hours to get a new unit. We had to cancel our trip, wasted annual leave with no compensation. Disgusting service. I do not recommend buying from Austrack. Go to Jawa or Swag.It’s now been a month and we can’t use our van still!

Carlie and the Newcastle team were fantastic and we’re happy to help on the many occasions that we visited the showroom, they know their products and can answer all the questions you may have.We highly recommend the Tanami X15A and the team at Newcastle.

I have been dealing with Austrack Heatherbrae for the past six months, the management and staff are very helpful and work hard to answer all my questions. We picked up our Gibb16 today the process and handover was smooth and full of good information. Even after I arrived at my set up location they were available on the phone to continue answering my questions. Avery good team.

Do not buy. Buyer beware. We picked up out tele x on the 29th of August. Was assured our canvas would be delivered to our dorr within 7 days. It never arrived. It is November 10 and we still dont have it. We were given the incorrect canvas and they are unable to trace where ours is. I have lodged with Fair trading and the ACCC and now sourcing legal aid. THey REFUSE to admit responsibility in this debarcle and will never put their answers in writing. I have had assurnaces from staff at Heatherbrae Austrack, State Mangaers and Head office, however nothing has happened. I would NEVER recommend anyone purchasing from this company at all.

Its true what the social media suggests - After Sales Service from this company is very poor! My Hybrid X 13 constructed in Oct 2022 has a leak around the sun roof which was only discovered now that winter has arrived and along with it the rains. Warranty or not (I am a second owner and they state that the warranty does not transfer), a leaking roof is a basic structural item requiring repair - warranty or no warranty - they do not stand by their product or logo - built to last - yeah right leaks in the first year of manufacture. Head Office, Newcastle - couldnt even be bothered replying to my email. So be prepared to not have your problems taken seriously!

12/10 Terry and Carly were outstanding in every aspect, met our needs and then some. Sam in Caboolture was just as amazing. All were so dedicated in getting our Tanami 15 to us by Christmas despite some major hiccups.Bruce and Mandy.

I know it was a whila ago now. We picked our Tanami 13 up un the 8th of December & along with another couple Terry went through the handover. Very detailed & light hearted to keep us alert & made sure the ladies were fully involved [paid off as Lou corrected me on a few details setting up the first time] . Very happy withe the whole process. Will catch up again when the side marker light is replaced.
