Was recommended to use JB Floor Sanding through my contact with Lachlan & Jarrod Henry , who had recently had their home sanded & polished. The photos' of the finished work done throughout their home was of an impressive manner. Wanting to use a local company, we had checked out various companies, but were more than impressed with JB Floor Sanding, website, reviews, & photos' of their work carried out. We were more than happy to request a quote from Dan Davila the owner of the business. From the initial visit where Dan explained everything that was to be done including the type of stain that was to used, everything from that moment made us feel comfortable with what was to be done. From removing all the carpet , sanding back the Kwila Timber flooring using the various type of sanding, then putting down the undercoat of stain , followed by two coats of Satin Gloss, the flooring came up looking a million dollars, it was perfect for what was required. We were more than happy with the pricing of the quote, & William & Dan carried out the work over the time required in a timely manner. A big thank to Dan & William for your work.
