The Chemist warehouse located near DFO Moorabbin claims that they are not one of the CHEMIST WAREHOUSE! Their return policy is different from the return policy on the Chemist warehouse website. Terrible customer service! How can the same brand have 2 return policy? What a contradiction!

My disability may not be visible but it does not mean it doesn’t exist. Your over zealous security guard harassed me to show inside my handbag. Not only do I have female items in there for my disability I also have my medication in there needed for my four chronic illnesses. He pointed to the tablets clearly in an old shabby bottle as if to say I’d stolen it from there. Disgusted and am thinking of persuing further with my solicitor. I suggest you act on other reviews below also indicating a problem with your security.

This is a new Chemist Warehouse outlet just opened in the last few weeks. It's well stocked, well lit, and the staff are super friendly and most helpful. It's in a great location as you have Aldi, Tasman Butchers and a number of cafes nearby and there's usually lots of parking at this end of Central Plaza.I think this Chemist Warehouse might be one of the new 24-hour Supercare Pharmacies. If so, it will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a private consulting room and free registered nursing service on site from 6 pm to 10 pm, everyday thus giving access to medicines, first aid equipment and non-emergency health advice or treatment when required after-hours when local doctors or other medical services may not be available. There's also a sign in the store that says that a Medical Centre is coming soon at this Chemist Warehouse. All just perfect for the Moorabbin Airport area!

Went to chemist warehouse to purchase some products (Purchased at 3.21pm) so after 30mins of looking at skincare products I finally had what I wanted.. walking up to the register to pay to notice very quickly that the security guard lurking around talking to a female co worker.I knew what was happening, I still proceeded to the register to pay for my products to be asked as I'm walking out if he can check my bag.I had absolutely no problem in shoving my bag up to his face so he can see I had only my purchases in there.My issue with this situation is you have very inept and abysmal Staff working there. I wouldn't have had to take no where near the time in that store if a staff member actually came up and asked me if I need any assistance considering the products I was looking at weren't exactly in english.If your incompetent security guard thought I was stealing, perhaps he should've gotten another inept Staff member to try and help me and my time would've been much less.Needless to say this store needs more training for everyone as it's clearly pathetic.Its Clear the other reviews have had issues with staff and security.Train them better to know how to deal with people and situations you idiots.

I am most unhappy with the way I was treated by the Security Man when I entered the shop at 2.30pm today with a strap carry bag over my shoulder. I was quickly advised by the Security man that I could not put products in my bag and had to use a basket. He did not listen to me at all when I said I know that and had to repeat himself talking over me at least three times, “I’m telling you…”. He was so rude. I will never ever come into this shop again and will tell all my friends unless he says he is sorry.

Poor customer service.Kept articles on different prices and system didn't detect the given price on the ticket.Still charging people with more prices.When asked, excusing about policies and defending their mistake.

Went to the dispensary to ask for a S3 product that my vet has recommended in the past for my dog, and the female Asian pharmacist (might have been a intern of student on Sat 11/03 around 3 pm ) was very rude .She told me that I need to take the dog to the vet and get a script for the Clorsing ointment, when I try to explain that that’s what I’ve done in the past for the same condition and it occurs every few months with my dog and the vet has told me to get it from pharmacy when I need it, since it’s an OTC S3 product now, she didn’t even hear what I had to say but left straight away, quite rude not very helpful at all.Of course I went to another pharmacy and purchased it OTC, I wasn’t gonna wait for vet appointment 1-2 weeks and pay $200 consultation + $28 for a script to purchase a $9.99 S3 product that treats conjunctivitis that will resolve on its own in 4-5 days even if I didn’t buy the ointment.Please talk to your pharmacist to be a bit more considered with customers.

One of the better Chemist Warehouse I've been to. Very spacious and clean so it's well maintained as the items on the shelves are presentable.Parking is a piece of cake and the bonus addition is the lovely vaccination service from Janice who was super lovely and professional when providing me the flu and COVID jab.Thank you again Janice!

Served at the counter and the price didn’t come up as the ‘deal’ she then said ‘well it has to be the same product for the deal to show up.’ I was like “oh, I thought it said ‘any’ 2 product from the range”I had to ask for a price check! She also wasn’t really pleasant to her co worker. Then, muffled under her breath because I was correct. Changed the price and didn’t even look at me.Honestly felt really uncomfortable. *because it’s my fault that your deals weren’t showing up on your system* K
