I couldn't count the amount of events I have attended or organised where Spare chef have been the caterers. I have never once had a bad thing to say about the team of their food! Always wonderful service, incredible food and they create such an amazing atmosphere! Highly recommend them for your next function!

Absolutely delicious food. Our wedding guests (and us too!) all loved the food that Spare Chef catered for our wedding. Highly recommend the lamb which was sublime! Our vegan and vegetarian guests were also extremely happy with their food, which was really nice to hear as it's great to know everyone with different dietary requirements had a wonderful meal. Absolutely recommend spare chef!

The team at Spare Chef are absolutely amazing. From the first email they have the answers to all your questions. The ladies assisted with all of our food options, providing what we needed in our budget. They are some of the most authentic and genuine people in the business and we feel so lucky to have them supporting us with one of the most important things on our day - the food!The food we ate was amazing! I felt like I was in a gourmet restaurant and it amazes me still today, that the chefs were able to create that on a private property!On the day, the team went above and beyond, even down to running after dogs to get them inside. They are a blast to work with, they are genuine and fun and you want them in your corner on your wedding day.We can't thank the team enough for giving us such a high quality of catering.

The Spare Chef recently catered my second 'Wedding' (long story! Thanks Covid!) and I couldn't fault them. When I originally contacted them for a quote they got back to me so quickly & on the night every single guest that attended commented on how beautiful the food was. We got the grazing table & sliders and it was honestly some of the best food I've ever had. Thank you Spare Chef for making our night so special :)

Spare Chef catered our quirky wedding recently and they truly helped make our special day come to life. Not only was the food delicious, but the staff (both in site and admin) and chefs, were always so helpful and bent over backwards. They provide a seamless service and always helped answer any questions we had with a smile on their face, literally. They also catered to our guests who had dietary requirements and with pleasure. Spare chef provided a most excellent catering service. Everyone at the event commented on how delicious and well presented the food was and the chef's professionalism allowed me to enjoy my party and my guests without worrying about anything! Spare chef are amazing food fabulous but staff even better. From the beginning to the very end it was a pleasure to use them. I would highly recommend to anyone needing caterers and bar staff!

Honestly I could not recommend Spare Chef enough. We had a catering disaster 3 days before our wedding and Spare Chef catering more than just came through with the goods in 3 days !. With Gluten Free options and other food intolerance being no problem the team were simply outstanding. They probably won't be the cheapest caterer but I can assure you on our end it was worth every cent and you do get what you pay for. No hassles, great catering staff and food that was as good as any restaurant I've been too. 11/10.

I have used Spare Chef Catering twice now for my business (corporate functions) and I can say that I was exceptionally impressed on both occasions. The food was cooked to perfection (we used their BBQ services) and presented perfectly. The cook (Jay) was very polite and presented himself in a very professional manner.
