this complaint goes to the lady at reception. Unfortunately, it has happened a few times that the lady at reception was quite rude because of simple questions I had. this time i called because my dog ​​needs surgery and my new vet advised me to compare prices and call other centers, which i did. Out of 10 veterinary practices, this practice was the only one that told me I would first have to pay for a consultation to show the dog. although I have the history and wanted to send her what exactly needs to be done. I am aware that you have your policy, but the other centers were able to tell me exactly what to expect. this operation will be very painful for my dog ​​and it will be very expensive, what it's worth to me. But I don't see to spend a even a cent at your place because I was approached in a helpless situation like that! I repeat, it happened a few times. You might find a new receptionist, she doesn't bring you pet owners in!
