We could not access data on our laptop as it had a 'virus.' I had used Daniel previously to recover data on a PC so contacted Century IT again for their professional, reliable service. All data was successfully recovered. At the same time I decided it was time for an update from our old laptop. Michael, the technician, discussed our requirements so we purchased a desktop with the latest Windows operating system, Office licence and security system. The data from our laptop was copied over to the new PC. Very happy with the service and have no hesitation in recommending Century IT.

We have been using Century IT for the last 10+ years.Initially through Daniel the owner who helped us with an urgent data loss recovery and assisting us set up and manage our small business/office set up and recently with setting up new laptops, cloud back ups, and handing over laptops for a business sale. We have most recently been dealing with Michael who is a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, fast and knowledgeable and came up with the best solutions to help our set up! Highly recommend!

I have been working with Century IT for many years. They are the only IT company I use and I see no reason to change. For small problems they always have a quick fix. On the other hand, as the issues get bigger (software up grades; new hardware; setting up wifi networks) they have always given quality service and products. I also appreciate their patience in dealing with someone who is not necessarily tech savy.Very happy to recommend them.

He got in sorted my problems out and pointed out one or two others that I didn't know about and fixed them too.Very pleased with the service and would strongly recommend.Actually, I know them for many years but see them rarely because with this sort of high-quality service, next time would be for another hardware or software upgrade, adding peripherals or even next generation of something as an instance!
