If you are looking for a pit stop then these guys have some of the best fish and chips, take them to a nearby park to enjoy or if not to far by some water.

Seafood from here is fresh, best squid tubes I’ve ever tasted. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a reason they’re always packed!! No need to go all the way in to the city to the seafood market!!

Excellent fresh fish and chips or any other seafood delight. Very good quality, always fresh with such a turn over. They do coat the fish for grilling so if you don’t want that they are more than happy to serve grilled fish with nothing on it just ask. Seafood salad the best I’ve had. Prawns are real not a mash-up. Calamari is real not a blend. Good choice of fish and fabulous fresh choices from proper fish monger. Staff are very polite. Beware Friday night is their busiest, as all fish and chip shops are then; but expect to wait 30 to 40 m or phone ahead so u can just pick up. That’s the only reason not 5 star as they could improve on that somehow.

Been here many times. The food is value for money and the staff is friendly. It is much easier to go here instead of some fancy place for fish and chips. I have always done take-away.

Main feedback - the lack of regard for the customers time. Customers were waiting 1 hour 30 minutes for their orders but were being told 30 minutes (clearly this was not the case). A constructive tip would be to have a wait time card on the kiosk (so potential customers know what they are getting into rather than accepting orders knowing the wait time would be unacceptable. Food was standard (we are talking fish and chips here) but the experience was dreadful. I am writing this for the frustrated customers on this night.

Pennant Hills Seafood is a local fish shop serving well-priced, great-tasting fish and chips. I visited for takeaway lunch a few times, and the food tasted fresh and tasty. The staff are friendly with a fast turnaround considering the occasional cues. I recommend it if you are in the area.

I don't know why I still go here. The food quality has been going downhill for over a year. It's either burnt or undercooked, dripping with grease or super dry. Usually I don't complain, but after receiving my order today of 2 potato scallops that were the length of my stubby thumb, I feel like something needed to be said.

Fish and chips is one of those every now and then treats.We've been there a few times and found the food quality quite good.However Saturday it was far from good.We ordered battered flathead. Half of it was inedible, burnt and dry.The chips were anything but chips, I think we got about 5 actual chips the rest were scraps.The potato scallop was way overcooked and just gross.The salad looked like it was a few days old.Very disappointed. Not worth $20 or a 20 minute wait for such poor quality food.
