Always Welcome Motel

This is the worst motel you could possibly go to! I booked from Friday to Monday! I stayed there for not even three hours and left due to safety concerns, this place is unsafe, from screaming and fighting from the neighbouring property to being concerned with the people staying in the motel and the constant coming and going of people who aren’t staying at the motel to a door with no lock.. I’ve never felt so unsafe in a place like this! If your going to stay here be prepared to go through a night of hell!

So disappointed our first night in our room so noise with drunk guest from the next rooms to our room screaming swearing just outside our room and kids crying didn’t stop till the morning it’s went quiet. The worse one as we checking out on Sunday morning can hear one of the room next to us couple fighting screaming. This so disgusting and not accept this will happen at this accomodation. This attitude and behaviour that happening need to stop. I don’t know what management think about this. Fix this don’t what until someone destroys and burn the building. I don’t think is safe and joyful accomodation to stay.

Found multiple stains on sheets/ dooner, plus stains or somthing on pillows, looked to be also the start of mould on sheet, that's why I think all windows were open, would not recommend it at all, bring own bedding if you have no choice, I'd stay clear please don't use this hotel there is a better one in sale, paid 160 for a dirty room with dirty bedding and the spa bath with broken covers on it and loose tiles please stay clear

Strange place people talking out in the car park a lot of time.Motel was not full no cars parked in front of rooms very strange.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WSNT BLOOD STAINED BLANKETS AND DIRTY PILLOWS!My partner pulled into the hotel after driving 5 hours for work the next day, only to arrive first with reception saying they didn't have his wotif booking which was not true he showed them everything on emails he had booked! $160 dollars later he gets into the room and goes to bed only to find blood stains on the blankets, dirty pillows just a filthy room. Absolutely disgusting and when he requested a refund he was denied. So currently taking this further.

Do not book this place. Most terrible & distressing accomodation we have ever had. Unable to check in, no response from staff, unsafe environment, zero refund for room fees despite not staying and left stranded with nowhere to stay.

Worst motel I have ever stayed in. Doesn’t deserve to be classed as a 3 star motel - maybe a 1. From the start it seemed like the people running it were dodgy and didn’t even want to be seen. Nobody at reception on arrival. Rang the bell twice and no answer. Had to make a phone call and someone came out, quickly handed me the key, then hurried back inside. No welcome, no information. I stayed here for 7 nights and reception was closed the whole time. When I rang the bell after 4 days to request new towels the lady stood behind a very thick screen (couldn’t actually see her) and didn’t come out. She sent someone else out with the towels. One afternoon I got a knock on my door from someone who didn’t identify himself. He wasn’t expecting me to be there because there was no car parked outside. He quickly asked a couple of questions about my departure date and then left. I can only assume he was a manager checking to see if the room was empty before having a look through my stuff. I never saw any cleaners for the 7 days I stayed there.Things that weren’t in the room:No wifiNo information provided (changing towels, rubbish, local restaurants etc).No coat hangersNo iron/ironing board, dryerNo smoke alarmNo dishwashing liquidNo tea-towelNo teaspoonsDo yourself a favour and give this motel a big miss.

Do not stay here. Do not book here. Do not visit here. We paid for two rooms and noticed it said check in before midnight. We rushed to the motel to ensure we arrived on time. We got to the motel and things felt off as soon as we arrived. There was no one at reception so we called the 24:7 number listed on the door. After two calls we finally heard from someone who said they would send someone down to let us in. We waited ten minutes. While we were waiting ten minutes we immediately felt something was wrong and something was off. There were multiple people sitting around on car bonnets with torn clothes and no shoes and there were people going from room to room hurriedly. When they noticed after a while a woman came towards us and with a hostile attitude asked us what we were looking for. I responded I was waiting for reception as we were trying to check in. She said some mumbled things and told me there were no rooms available. At this point in time we felt super unsafe. I told her that we had already paid for two rooms so they should be available but at this point we felt we needed to leave as the woman looked super agitated and not in a good state.There was no further contact from the hotel but at that point after waiting for ten minutes and seeing the behaviour of patrons outside we made the decision to leave.After this we brought up the issues with the booking provider who said the motel has refused our refund.We had zero places to stay in an already stressful evening while visiting a loved one at hospital. If you care for your welfare, your time and your money. Please. Avoid. This. Place.

Absolute disgraceful establishment. They took our money and would refund even though they had a junky (noise) issue and wouldn’t resolve.They have been taking money of numerous clients for the same reasons.This is a fraudulent hotel!

Reasonable size room, extremely leaky shower, leaked all night very noisy, couch probly the dirtiest couch I have seen since my early 20's if that's any indication . Could pick up a cleaner couch from hard rubbish I reckon.Also the fridge froze all my travelling food, including baby food so that was a bit of a bummer.Room next door was very noisy, so I rang management and they dealt with it promptly.
